Zen Achilles is an artist who currently resides in Milwaukie, Oregon. He is originally from Salt Lake City and moved to Alaska, where he received a BA in anthropology and photojournalism at the University of Anchorage, Alaska. Along with photography and visual art, his greatest passions are music, dancing, outdoor explorations, and traveling. He has traveled extensively throughout western and eastern Europe, the Levant region, and southern and eastern Africa. He lived in Japan for almost ten years, and, in 2015, this is where he began his Blissday Collages project, which consists of over 4,000 images. The project was originally inspired as a way to celebrate his Facebook friends’ birthdays. He strongly believes that when we use our creativity to celebrate life and enhance the joy in others, our art and creativity have the capacity to expand unimaginably.

State Regulations
Masks are encourage. Businesses, employers and faith institutions now have the option to adjust their masking guidance to allow fully vaccinated individuals to no longer wear a mask in their establishments. Businesses, employers and faith institutions doing so must have a policy in place to check the vaccination status of all individuals before they enter their establishment.
